Out & About Community Services are a one-to-one,community-based day service for people with learningdisabilities. Our ethos combines person centred practice, relationship-based work and an outcome-focused model.
We welcome applications from motivated and creative people, who are able to think on their feet and are comfortable with lone working in the community.
Regular supervision is provided, including access to independent supervisors from occupational therapy, social work, teaching, and a specialist autism consultant.
Starter pay rate £13.50/hr, rising to £14.00/hr in late 2025, and £15.00/hr in mid-2026
